Take a small shopvac and run the hose into the top of a 55 gallon steel barrel w/ a removable lid put a filter on this intake hose, run another hose out of the top and connect it to a long smooth plastic pipe. Have one person hold their hand over the exhaust of the shopvac to regulate the flow and GENTLY begin vacuuming up the swarm. I have used this setup to capture many swarms and I have rarely if ever killed a single bee. I usually get every single bee. The drum makes it a snap to transport.
