In 2007 Monir developed the concept for Project Red Dress and debuted the unique concept in 2008 to support local Pacific Northwest design students.

Project Red Dress is thrilled to support The American Heart Association and their efforts to educate the community. The American Heart Association is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is: "Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke." Go Red For Women celebrates the energy, passion and power we have as women to band together to wipe out heart disease and stroke. Project Red Dress supports the Americna Heart Association and Go Red for Women's mission to educate and empower women and those effected by heart disease.
