where do u get the mini SMG's from?

if you check 2:33 you can see an item glowing, that's the first clips of the mini SMG... the gun itself you can obtain it in Sanctaury of Scion level.

are games like tomb raider, assassins creed or, say, a fps like borderlands ok to be played on a pc? the reason im asking is because i have a choice to buy either a pc or a console and Id like to have the option to play building games like Imperium Romanum but Id hate to miss the other ones.
