i definitly hear what she is saying BUT....

as a mechanic, i can tell you from personal experience,90% of people wont fix their car unless it doesnt run, or wont pass inspection

people will drive a dangerous car until they crash it or inspection rolls around

registration should be once per owner,but inspect that car yearly

You assume that you can make government better. So do I. You are welcome to any and all governance you want in your own life, and I want to be left alone.

The only government model which satisfies us both is no government at all. So long as power can be used to coerce, someone is harmed.

Actually the Federal Government has control over ALL airspace in the United States, all States, Territories, districts, etc.

49 USC § 40103 - SOVEREIGNTY AND USE OF AIRSPACE

(1) The United States Government has exclusive sovereignty of airspace of the United States.

(2) A citizen of the United States has a public right of transit through the navigable airspace.

(now do not be confused with part (1), this part means the airspace over the District of Columbia)

Remember any right the citizens have, the sovereign people also have.
