Is there any way to get the jetta lights without that left inner fog? Are there major differences between the ones produced in china versus the ones produced in mexico or europe?

Man forget installing led tail lights, i'm just trying to wire up a trailer and this weird single bulb acting like a dual filament bulb is causing a major hurdle.
