Marlin .45-70 1895 Guide Gun & A Lady Shooter

Laura's go at a .45-70 Marlin 1895 Guide Gun on her first day of learning to shoot. All shots prior to this were on a .22.

Very nice job. Posted for bragging rights for her. :)

Oh, and a note. Yes there -IS- a backstop there, you just can't see it that well. A little ways beyond the board that is holding the targets is a hill. Don't worry, we're shooting safely.

And yes, we've cleaned up afterwards. It's a pretty common site for people to shoot at. Stupid people leaving cans behind :(
