Why is it that most of the people believe a Guru to be genuine if he lives like a beggar. I will not comment on whether a particular person is a genuine Guru or not. But generally speaking why has poverty become synonymous with spirituality? A person can be enlightened/divine and still be rich. Divine consciousness is not the poor man's private property. A guru's authenticity can and should NEVER be judged by his outer appearance, wealth etc.

And you also say that the Indian Government has done more work than any Guru? Just Google "Sathya Sai Baba water project".

Seriously .. I used to look up to her as modern day woman.. But once I came to know about her real intentions.. I just change to other channels whenever I see her on tv.. She completely lost her credibility.. how shameless does she anchor shows on anti graft movement.. when she is one of the prime accused.. ndtv would retain most of its viewers if they fire this crazy bitch.. She is chameleon..

@Bobs724 Sai baba's org is worth 1000's crores what is the fuss about finding 14Cr money in his room which is unaccounted? It might be just a days earning and you are asking for its accountability? And for Sai baba it doesnt matter for him if you put gold/stone in front of him. Both means same to him. Even if you think he owns them what do you think he does with it. Do u think he goes out for shopping ?Do u know of the good work he did in edu/schooling/hospitals etc...

Why cant NDTV make a program on missionaries who goto troubled areas show some money/food and convert them eventually (OR) mullah or maulvi giving hate speeches in the masjids and debate about it and go scot free. Why only saffron clad ones ?

@premapuranam Hey man! Are you saying Sai Baba is a businessman like Bill gates? Bill gates is spending is hard eaned money not the charity he got from someone! People are giving money in the name of charity to the great Baba, he stores most of them in his bedroom, do several business like schools and hospitals and a small amount as charity! Yet another spiritual person, but frustrated to core and mouthing bad words!

@premapuranam Please check Wikipedia for "Famers suicide in India", many of them died due to debt ranging from Rs 5000 to 1 lakh! Not even 1/1000th of money recovered from Sri Sai Baba (or any Guru or Matha) room would be needed to pay off debts of these poor people. Well, for me Government of India has done much more than any Godmen. Please inform me about any completed project that has been for providing water, food or electricity in any part of India by Godmen, because I am not aware of any!
