Pokémon Ruby Difficulty/Balance Hack

Yeah, this is actually pretty fun. I decided to make a lot of the really mediocre pokémon much better (golem ftw) and make legendaries more... legendary. (seriously, it was way too easy to OHKO them D: )
So, it's all fun and games until Flannery kicks my ass.
I didn't even get to use Ursaring's HUGE GUTS.
Aw, well. I plan on Slowbroing her up tomorrow. =D

The overpowering of gym leaders in this hack was more for lulz than anything - I never really cared for any plot or canon in pokemon games.
