This video is for those who suffer from depression or want to know more about it! Be that one person to help another with depression. You may be their only hope. Why did I decide to make a video about depression? I currently suffer from Bipolar II, and throughout my life I have had suicidal thoughts, and took up cutting to deal with pain. Coming out of a family with an abusive mother led to it. If I hadn't had friends to talk to, I would have killed myself. Whenever I get to my darkest, I talk to people as a cry for help. If I didn't receive the help I would have felt I had no reason to live.... I made this video to raise depression awareness. Depression is not just a feeling. It's an illness. Help those who need help. It will make a difference.
