i tried one at Avenue guitars in Edmonton, nice sounding (although i couldnt hear it as well cause some guy was dicking around with a delay pedal), though the only problem i found was that piezo saddle pickup was a little uneven shaped.

Is it morally wrong that I want to buy this guitar and never play the first blues song on it? Just hook it up to the most distorted amp I can find and maybe play it with a couple bass strings on it tuned to like G or something? Perhaps invent some bastardized funk-metal dobro style?

@beatlebassmania It's got a piezo bridge pickup, and a p-90 neck. I can't say how it sounds acoustically, but i'm sure a 100% resonator would sound better, but its the mix that this offers thats special.

is this any particular tuning or standard? and also how well does it sound acousticly, would it sound alot like the resonators when i dont plug it in basically or is it basically something ull have to plug in for all playing?
