This is the birth of turntableism! The very first cut-and-paste DJ mix, which spawned using the turntble as an actual instrument- beyond just scratching. Ninja Tune founder and innovator Ollie Teeba deserves way more props here in the USA! Mash it up! It's funny when people think mashup music started in the early 2000's... DJ's like Nasty-Nice and Ollie Teeba were creating cut-up/mashup/ or what we called TWO-TRACKERS in the mid 80's I think! Classic wax!

Great video! Remember hearing this back in '87 on Jeff Young's Big Beat when Radio One was still medium wave! I love their VJ show when they play live! The More Beats & Pieces video recaptures the '80s video feel nicely too!
