I met Bob in December 2009 at Midwest! @ Bobs sister, I am a high school student already chasing after the same things as Bob. I published my first band work and working on more! Thanks for the kind words to all young aspiring musicians!

wow. i played with him at the most recent Wetsern Carolina Honor Band. We played two amazing pieces by him, both Choreography and Moravian Folk Rhapsody. Me and two of my friends even inducted him into our club and had hiom do the secret handshake. haha.maybe you should ask him about that! haha.but, he really is an amazing composer, and i feel extremly lucky to have played his music with him. I was even lucky enough to get his autograpd after the Honor Band.All the best for you and him!!

Robert Sheldon is one of my biggest inspirations as a composer of music for band. He's got a real gift for melody writing.

When Bob was just a teen, I asked him how he wrote his music. He said, "I just hear it in my head." Can you imagine? If you can, then you might be the next Bob Sheldon and I wish you well.
