I was concerned for my butt on my trip to Prague. I was eating a lot of noodles (mmm!) and drinking a bit of that Czeck beer (It's also good!). Instead of letting the dumplings go right to my rear I conducted a targeted workout for it. Having done these exercises regularly on my trip, along with a few long runs, I came home having lost a few pounds!
im an english fitness instructor and i have been taught that when stretching your hamstrings this way you keep both feet on the floor, not pointing the toes of the front foot up, otherwise your stretching your calve, is that right?

Hi, nice to meet you, fellow instructor! You can do it either way. And you're right, lifting your toes will get your calf, especially at the back of your knee. But, why not? You get two muscles instead of one! And this way, you'll stretch the entire back of your leg.
