I think it's about the push and pull of a relationship.. see how his hands were tied in the beginning, then her mouth was sewn.. those things remind you of the conflicts in a relationship.. I don't really love the song though, it's a beautiful ballad but she should've released "Nous Avions Des Ailles/Walk on Water" instead.. well this one is written by David Hallyday, the son of Johnny Hallyday.
