  • Hey Phatshady. Im sure you recognize me from LoL. I just got dota2 beta and have been playing/learning. Nice video. Subscribed for the series.

  • @Mohrisbetr Sup, feel free to add me on steam.

  • 5:00

how did you do that ?

  • @OandPisMe Spam S. last hitting that way is only a good idea when you know you are safe, because standing still is a good way to get hit by a skillshot.

  • @rthavi this has always existed in DotA, this is not a bug ^^

  • Is this still valid? It seems like there are a ton of gameplay mechanics explicitly included for the purpose of strategy, but this is more of a bug.

  • Another tip since you have a quelling blade is that you can chop one of the trees and get the second pull from the jungle creep camp further up. Thus you don't have to stack (which is still good to do so anyway).

  • not a bad vid. What program did u use to add the recording? Also are you aware of the fact you can clear all 3 of those camps with a single creep wave? Stacking isn't nearly as vital as learning what trees to destroy to clear all the camps and take minimal dmg.

  • @fireprincess59 : Actually, those are exactly the type of people you want beta-testing a game. People inexperienced at the game are the ones who provide the "wtf is going on?" questions so vital to helping the creators draft up ways to address accessibility issues, in order to garner and sustain a new player base.

I don't really feel like getting into the pins and needles of good video game design, but catering just to the hardcore audience is not smart.

  • Thanks for the tutorial! It was helpful.

  • @STGVIAus You shouldn't.

  • @MrPinappletim He's what we call an elitist. :3 But no, seriously. There are some kinds of players who you don't want to be beta-testing a game. :< And those are the kinds of players who don't know how these kinds of games should be played or are played. :<

  • @STGVIAus Why not? surely valve need to understand how to acomidate all skill levels on dota 2?=

  • new players shouldnt have the beta ^^
