-BB Upward Rows
-Dead man hangs w/ MB
-Deadlifts
-Rower
-Pull-ups
-Brace Squats w/weight plate
-Renegade push-ups
-AirDyne Bike Sprints
-Slosh pipe (Zercher/OH)
-Dbl KB Swings
-TRX Deep Chest Press

Each Station = 2 minutes (15 seconds transition)

El Diablo Finish: Die Pads

Collective group non-stop burpees, each person does hard/fast roundhouse kicks on Thai pads. Stop once everyone has performed kicks on Thai pads.
