2WD SCT A Main B&T RC Central.MPG

This HAS to be one of the best races I've ever filmed. Pretty much every single driver managed to make it through the first lap without a major wreck! If you've ever driven an RC SCT, you'd KNOW, that ain't easy! The lead changed hands several times, it was a RACE all the way to the end! Hats of the racers of B&T.

What are the class rules for the SCT races? If I am looking at an SC10 kit should I be looking for a 17T brushless setup? The guys at Hobby Central said the box-stock Slash RTR would get me there, but I'm a Team Associated guy from back in the gold-pan RC10 days. Can't wait to come out during the next race weekend!

Rules for the SCT class are 13.5 BL, 2S lipo, and SCT style wheels and tires. I ran an SC10 for about a year, great truck. The next race is the 2nd Saturday in August. Sign up opens around noon, racing starts around 4. Come on out, we're always happy to have more racers.

Damn good race! It`s funny that after all that beating and banging the blue truck took himself out on the last lap. That had to have sucked.

@johnatpc You'd be surprised how much your heart is in your throat at a time like that. Any one of us could make that boo boo with the slightest flick of the wrist. I think those guys are AWESOME! Go back and watch all the other vids, there has never been a cleaner start to a 2WD SCT race. Our local drivers are among the best... Wanna test them?... come race at B&T in NW Fl. ;)

Great race, its good to see B&T still around and going strong, I havent raced there in quite some time. Im diggin these short course trucks too :) they werent around back when I was racing

Great race. Very Clean. I like how the guy getting lapped pulled over and let the leaders pass. I'm getting the new brushless 2.4 ghz SC10 when it is released in early July!!! I can't wait to start racing! 1St 2nd and 3rd SC10

Your right that was an amazing race, everyone was thoughtful enough to back off a little to make sure the start was with out incident. It would only take one bulldozer to start a pile up but they all took there time and sorted out a good start. Sometimes you have to choose to start a few spots back over a flip on your lid. GREAT DRIVEING GUYS!!!!
