sorry but I see lots of BAD form in the workouts, over extended joints, locked out joints and such.. in this video.. :( sad to see such young kids learning poor form and hurting there bodies as they grow .. yes I am over 30 years of experience of Nutrition and Fitness and Anti Aging "fitness trainer" and Health Enthusiast...
