Sorry for double post, but lol at the gouken sucks comment. His cr.hp beats most jumpins. Demon flip mixups are great. Gouken doesn't suck, dan/rose suck, but not Gouken.

If I had one comment to make, it would be that you shouldn't throw his sweep out as much. If someone is waiting for it, then they can FA the first hit, hit you and then dash out or in. I've also heard on SRK, that some characters can hit a lvl 2 FA before the second kick.
