HAHA! The Henry's store brings back memories. They have dried starfish in there and they smell like straight up feet! we used to shove them in eachother's faces. :)

@timberwolf84 man I love Uncle Bills too! I'm 13 and my family goes on vacation to Cape May every year. Also, I noticed that there was a picture of the Coachman's hotel. I used to stay in room no. 1 every year. It was going to be torn down, but they just turned it into another hotel called The Beach Shack. Now that it's summer I hope I get the chance to go soon. I'll take some pictures too!

@kiishmybysha I loved Uncle bills. I MISS CAPE MAY! I MISS NEW JERSEY!
Cape May is perhaps the last clean and walkable area in the multicultural imperial empire which is the state of New Jersey. However, the tentacles of a police state appear as tourists pay high Bed & Breakfast and Hotel fees disproportionate to the quality of service. Tourists are also forced to purchase and carry beach tags in order to occupy beachs. The owner of Cogress Hall spurred controversy recently when he proposed to build Casino's in this once quaint victorian town.

I heard the hotel tax is one of the things that is forcing some of the B&Bs to close and become condos instead. People come down and think they are paying one price and then get whacked with the room tax.
It's similar to how the federal luxury tax on boats killed the boat building industry overnight. It has recovered somewhat but taxes kill.
