i have an isis puzzle that i bought from shaper image. it doesnt have a key and it say on the website that my ball is registered to somebody else

The best thing to do when you want to buy something expensive it to check how reliable the shop is.
the next thing to know is that not all isis puzzles have a key only the one's that were made first
and lastly you can't register the number again so i recomend emailing the isis company and the shaper image compant too with you question
