@EcnelOvelam Because Howard's fans are like little kids who got their toy taken away. I understand their point, yes the show is way calmer now than it was. But I like "Hampton's Howie" just as much as the old crazy Howard. Its a different show now, and they need to accept it.

Whether it was funny or not, it was pretty rude of her to laugh like that. Personally, I think she's lost it. To laugh out loud like that is just weird. Howard talked to a weatherman, yeah doesn't seem that comical.

Plus, laughing at the guy who is the only reason anyone knows who she is, that's just disrespectful.

@52Tmacfan I miss the "Crazy Caller" people who would call Howard and give him a hard time, now either no crazy callers call or he doesn't want to deal with them. Only one of note is "Dina".

@EcnelOvelam I love it, I would listen to it sometimes with my Dad on terrestrial when I was about 6-9, I got cancer now and it's like the only thing I listen too to cheer up.

@EcnelOvelam people blame a variety of people/reasons for the show being very different from the old show in the 80's. jackie martling leaving the show, robin not leaving the show etc, people think everyones had a negative impact of howie. heres the simple truth...the guy is almost 60 now! of course his personality has mellowed out! if you listen to the show though he's still the number 1 guy on the radio to just put on and listen to the banter/interviews. hope he goes into his 70's
