I met Brian Smith, exterior design manager for GM's 2007 Chevrolet Camaro convertible, at the Detroit Auto Show, and it was a pleasure speaking with him again about the vehicle at Willow Spings International Raceway, outside Rosamond, Calif., for a ride and drive in the $2 million concept car.

  • yea im pretty sure it could catch one? you obviously have no clue what your talking about. these camaro's have the 6 liter Ls2. your mustang only has 5 liters. quite a big difference there.

  • it's not an SS tho. it's a convertible.

  • thats CliffJumper

  • @rmzrider693 the mustang 5.0 has more hp and torque to the rear wheels than the 6.2 camaro that has a 1.2 liter advantage

  • SS stands for Super Sexy!!!

  • @silverkaj Yes it does, but the roof is not removable. They call it a coupe.

  • @matrox I hate the idea that "sales speak for themselfs." but you wanna play that game. Even if you took the sales from the years the camaro was dead and didnt exsist (including the Mustangs record smashing 1964) The Camaros number are dwarfed by the Mustang.

  • @strongdude76 Sales speak for themselves. The Camaro outsells the Challeneger and mustang each month for the past year.

  • @Stangfan88 Its just you.

  • @rmzrider693 6.2, not 6.0 and they come in the L99 and LS3 Engines.

  • @brownfoxx69 Yeh..and they blow the Camaro away in cost and cost to own.
