From where could i get one like this adapter? and does it supoort ipod video?

i have a ipod video and whenever i connect it just automatically puts my ipod to shuffle and the only way I can use it is aux and even then the screen shows nothing so i have no idea what i'm playing or what menu's open. any idea whats wrong?

Hello, you show the closeup of the Mercedes screen ok, but how about the rest of the setup like how to connect the iPod and where. Also explain about how you are changing the songs and how easy or hard it is to navigate around your playlists and if any of the other iPod features work. What about iPhone? Same connector?
