The problem with this video is that it doesn't take into account any replanting. replanting is being carried out by groups like BTCV and other environmental groups the world over. I agree that replanting doesn't make up for losing the rainforests but saying that "at this pace there will be no forests in 100 years" is just nonsense.

#FAIL!!!! HA ha, this video made me laugh. 75% of clear cutting forests is made for new farms, NOT paper. If you really want to make a difference, start buying recycled paper, instead of NEW TREE PAPER. It looks a little dimmer, but if you really care about the enviroment, does it matter? Also, buy from sustainiable forestry practices. They make sure to replace the trees. Its not that hard people. Protest with your wallets, instead of your wimpy youtube videos full of misleading info.

I think we are in agreement.
I also think people should buy recycled paper instead of new tree paper.
I know that most of the clear cutting forests is for new farms, but also paper is a big part.
What info exactly is misleading? This video was written with academic knowledge on the issue which I possess and used very reliable sources.
