RESCUED! Virginia Range Wild Horses Sent to Slaughter Auctio

30 wild horses captured by the state of Nevada were sent to auction
where kill buyers purchase horses for slaughter. Local rescue groups
were able to save all 30 horses on Sept. 26, 2012.

Wild horses on PUBLIC lands ARE supposed to be protected by law but THEY ARE NOT! They are stolen from their legal domain (using millions of taxpayer dollars) sent to concentration camps where they languish in captivity until they are sent out under cover of darkness on a hellish journey to the most cruel death and butchered while conscious at a Mexican slaughterhouse. i heard about their plight, and am so delighted they have a happy ending! the work isn't done however; now we must find them loving homes. i rescued a 9 year old palomino foxtrotter and it's the best thing that ever happened to me. he's being cared for in penn valley, ca. i wish i had the means to give them all loving homes! one day i'll own a lot of land and i can do just that. congrats for saving these angels from heaven!
