it took like 50min to get 3% on defragmenter does that mean theres alot of shit gathered up and when ever its done it will be a ton quicker? or i just got alot of shit and its takinng forever to go through?

it will take a week to defragment my C: drive, ive got a 500gb hard drive and 430 of it is full
