But TMZ reports the alleged victim harassed Justin Bieber by continually targeting him during the game.

When Bieber asked the boy to leave him alone, the boy allegedly replied: "What are you going to do about it, faggot?"

The boy then allegedly continued to call Bieber a "faggot" and shoved his hand in the star's face. Bieber then pushed it away, according to witnesses.

Police revealed earlier today they were investigating the alleged assault of a boy at Planet Lazer.

Bieber has denied the claims, saying he accidentally touched the boy's face.

"The 12-year-old kid was surrounding Justin in the corner with his other little friends and shooting him during the game with their laser guns," Candian blog ZackTaylor.ca quoted an employee as saying.

"Justin did what any other person would do during a laser tag game, and was just trying to get away from getting shot at and accidentally hit the kid while running away.

"The kid's sister said he started crying because he was hit hard, but when we saw the boy there was no marks or anything."
No charges have been laid.
