I dunno how long it took: It was my first full animation lipsync assignment. But I guess If you would count the hours it took maybe two weeks. Its on 25 fps

Spiroos: For the lipsync I use a software called Magpie. You just importe the sound and then you place the letters where they belong.

Dreaminzee: yes, i took the pictures with my webcam.
