From Brooklyn Independent Television's "Caught In The Act."
The annual Celebrate Brooklyn presents a 1960s Sci-Fi film,' La Nave de los Monstruos' in Brooklyn's Prospect Park. The film includes everything that time period and genre should: women from Venus looking for men, cowboys from Mexico, giant metal robots with zapping abilities and yes, outer space (Espacio-o-o-o-o). The nations premier rock-infused, postclassical string quartet: the immensely acclaimed ETHEL, teamed with the wild art-rock group Gutbucket to perform a new original score to the vintage Mexican science fiction classic.

  • This film kind of resembles Will Ferrells recent Land of the Lost.
