As a newbie to loop stations, I just bought this one. Here, I demo and review it, as well as find some things I don't like, but may learn to live with. The weak guitar sound quality is not the loop station's fault - I should have been more careful with recording.

  • @taurus1269 Agreed 100%! The official video is smooth and useless sales material. This one is very helpful

  • Thanks for the terrifically candid video. I bought an RC20 a couple of months ago and was a bit baffled so it sat on a shelf until recently when I put some effort into learning how to use it and find it's not as intuitive and easy as the Boss promo videos make it appear. I thought it was just my ineptitude. It's a fun unit and is amazing when used correctly.

  • very useful, I'm checkin out one today. thanks!

  • Can somebody tell me how you can reset this thing too factory settings?

  • how many tracks can you loop on each other

  • @bbirdseye Thanks, I hadn't thought of that.

  • @Custom2212 @SuperFishers Actually with any Boss looping products except for the Boss RC-50 and the Boss RC-300 they state in the manual that you can't use headphones in the main output. (and there isn't a headphones jack) The output on the Boss loop pedal products are Line Level which basically means you will blow not only your ear drums out but they also damage the headphones and can possibly damage the pedal itself. Sorry for the unfortunate news.

  • i'm looking into a looper for post-rock type stuff/looping. anyone know if this one works well for that??
