This is a circuit I did the other day to work on maintaining my explosive power over a period of 15-25mins.
Basically, he who still has power left in the tank during any long distance boxing or Muay Thai fight has the better chance to knock the other dude out!
10 x sledgehammer strike with left and right side
10 x tyre flips
200-300m sprint around my block
Complete at least 5 sets with little or no rest without compromising on good form.
