International Village is a first housing development of its kind in Kosova in collaboration with Municipality of Prishtina. Containing 108 residential units, and a large recreational area, the development has been designed by leading architectural and engineering professionals from the United States. The homes and infrastructure represent the latest state-of-the-art components and standards.

Kosovo and Albania look foward to make good progress and get to EU while serbia with its 19th century mentality population stopped and are trying to steal kosovo again, which makes it get weaker and more pathetic everyday.

i see that this video is intended for non-albanians and i wonder if the actual village is intended exclusively for foreigners. we are not at a stage where we can embrace or tolerate something like this. we need food for our children. we need good schools and hospitals. we need roads and other infrastructure. we do not need a community like this. we can't upkeep this kind of stuff. it is not going to work. some people will make money here but unfortunately it will not work. mark my words.
