Vancouver's skyline changed forever May 4 when the air-supported fabric roof of B.C. Place Stadium was deflated. The 1983-opened stadium hosted the 2010 Winter Olympics' opening and closing ceremonies. It is scheduled to reopen in summer 2011 with a $458 million retractable roof. It took 48 minutes for the roof to completely deflate.
