this guy gets me dizzy, super fast. i can only hope to be this fast. you guys are the best. buying my press at the end of this month. soooo pumped

The reason why you think he is slow is he is trying to show people that are not as great as you to understand how to do this. I'm sure if he need to kick it up you would see he is very fast. Great Video

I think i watch this video more then any video that you have done. I know word for word on this Video. I learned how to place a shirt and how to let the press work for me. Some times when i'm in my shop work i'm talking just like him and my wife cracking up. Great Video

@willyindep Well, you don't HAVE too, but typically on a multi-color job, where two separate colors are flush against each other in the artwork, you'll want the1st to be dry before you print the 2nd, because once you lay down consecutive prints wet-on-wet, the ink from the 1st color will start to build up on the back of the 2nd color screen, and when the 2nd color is printed, the sharpness will be lost between the two colors, and where they meet will start to look "splotchy."

@tuberidersim Yes, there are two stroke methods, "pulling" and "pushing." On a "pull" stroke, there is no need for a flood stroke, because the squeegee is pulling the ink in front it across the screen. With a "push" stroke, you pull the squeegee towards you lightly, flooding the screen, then apply pressure and push the squeegee away from you. Both methods work, but some people say the push method is less tiresome...I've been pulling for 5 years though, and it doesn't bother me...even on 230 mesh
as long as the subtrate can handle the curing temp this should not be a problem..

Questions: what makes ink go thru shirt? what makes your second, and third, color not line up even when you use your marks: And what makes ink lines spred, run into each other like it duluted?

Sorry those questions could be any number of problems that I can't take the time to try and cover here. Have you gotten any training or watched any training videos on screen printing?
