I have had a Venus for over a year and it works wonderfully for me. People who say it sucks and doesn't work haven't taken good care off it. If you keep it in the protective sleeve thing they send with it when you aren't using it it will be good, just take care of your phone and you'll be fine. I text and use it all the time, great battery life and everything works well.

This phone hardly has a touch screen, its much more like a pressure display.

@InCaseyWood how about now? maybe you'll notice that the phone has become slow. i'm almost on my 3rd year with this phone lol and the small touch screen area is not working well.

it's an okay phone but definitely utilize your new-every-2 deal!!!

I have this phone and it SUCKS its really slow an if u txt alot this is a bad phone the phone has bad battery life when ur on the phone. DON'T GET IT!!!!!!
