Thanks for the video. Did you have trouble eating them all? My experience is you get too many at once so my plan is to try and extend the kit for smaller flushes. I added a short timelapse video on my channel if you are interested.

This seems like the first half of the video. I'd really like to see the second half that shows and explains everything! Your video explains and shows far more than anyone else's. If you could zoom in more and show less kitchen and more subject that would be cool.You have a good start on this video making and I want to encourage you to do more!

@MushroomPatch The kit did great in my opinion. It took a couple weeks before I really noticed anything, but I guess this is just the initial time to get kit going. It fruited three times, and we have huge mushrooms and a lot of them. At least 10 eat fruiting. I have also tried a Shiitake kit from MushroomAdventures and it was awesome. It needed to sit for longer before it got started though.

@MushroomPatch No problem. I am likely getting another kit of Giant Heirloom Portabellas, and I will try to make a video and post for that. I am going to try to do a time-lapse video for that kit as well, so we will see how that goes.
