Social Entrepreneurship in Action.

Lakes Entrance, Victoria, Australia, was host to Life Saving Victoria's Competition State Titles. Summer and winter competitions are held to hone the skills of life savers for their beach patrols throughout the season.

Life saving is a community organisation and one of the largest challenges, despite government support, is local or individual club funding. Historically, clubs and associations have revenue models around memberships, food and beverage as well as sponsors or donors.

With a need for social entrepreneurship and sustainable revenue models, this video provides an insight into the behind-the-scenes community of those who guard our beaches.
