  • man ur car just gave me a woody lol, are you running stock manifolds or did you upgrade them aswell? also what are your numbers?

  • @jpadilla05 in this vid there was only stcok manifold, have since added a trick track heat manifold and SLP long tubes and other minor mods, best run 345wrhp/316wrtq on a mustang dyno.All Naturally Aspirated.

  • Also what about the roller rockers, I notice the heads dont come with them along with like 2 other parts. Were you able to reuse the ones from stock heads? What all did you have to do to the heads before they popped on? Sorry so many questions man I want this set up and unfortunately not many ppl have it.

  • @cmitch69kg ...if later down the line you were to go F/I or a high compression motor then yes you'd beef up internals. And for the intake manifold...flow ristrictions with stockmanifold are very apparrent. The new manifold adds peaks not just in the high rpms but the lower as well. I know because I ran both scenarios, point blank. You'll be happy with your build with what you have listed.For good numbers youll need 24lb injectors and a tuner who knows what their doing...

  • @sick2v Yea I'm on a budget as well, found my comps for cheap. Thanks for the advice and reassurance man I appreciate it. Your car sounds sick, I can't wait till mine sounds like that I'll post the vid when it happens. Got 2 more questions though, I have borla stingers and I'm sure you know that at idle they are very quiet but at high rpm's the scream. Do you think the lope at idle will be noticeable with the borla's? Also you did not have to swap in stiffer springs for the comps right?

  • @cmitch69kg Stingers are a good choice. I don't see idle lope being a problem as the cams are aggressive ontheir own. Are you going with an xpipe or h? long tube keep raspiness of the xpipe down and end result is a nice throaty deep tone. in this vid I didnt have long tubes, explains raspiness. After inspection I retained my stock springs, they provided perfect clearance, anything larger in lope would need notched valves.

  • @jakeybobby1234 On contrary homie...there was little if none. This video is an older one and stock intake manifold was present. Throttle was more responsive and no lagging. Even after a new intake manifold and long tube headers flow test indicate the MAF sensor was near pegging but well with in parameters and not wanting in the "vacuum" department. Maybe if you'd ask instead of firing prematurely you wouldn't look so stupid.

  • @cmitch69kg modular motors dont have roller rockers. and it is just a simple bolt on if u know what u r doing

  • @cruzito901 i cammed my v6 and i really want a gt now but coming from the v6 guy...let me say this...pull the engine make it easier on ur self lol ....on my ohv v6 i had to remove the hole top end (i had a bad gasket to begine with lol) remove timing cover and gears pull cam out put new in then go from bottom up

    im realy waiting to complate my badget to have my 2004 gt 4.6 stang a 5.0 stroker with 278 cam's and tfs heads . and i sure u u have been halpful with other guys .
