My cats live in a virtual paradise from their perspective. Mice, voles, chipmunks, frogs, snakes, rabbits, skinks, you name it, they're there to be stalked and terminated. I try to discourage them from killing certain species, such as anything with feathers. They still will bring them in, however. I have found if I put them [the birds they bring in] in a box high in a tree they will sometimes make it back to the flying stage. Many of these birdseem to be right at the stage where they are learning to fly and about to leave the nest. Hope some of you who receive gifts such as these will try and release them as I have done. You should place some sort of nesting material in the box, such as a towel, or straw, to help them keep warm.
Hi Will, forgot to tell you I just caught a female Phidippus a, female. If you are still in need of one, let me know!
