During the McCarthy era, they would all have been done for treason and dealt with in ways we ourselves could never bear.
It's very easy for people to wave communist insignia and call themselves one in a democracy. Sad really.

Just a glimpse of the future, because a general helter skelter is just around the corner (just wait until this whole economical crysis in the west fades out): US and western europe will become communist nations, while China, the rest of asia and eastern europe will face capitalism.

@TheMarksmenCat No it isn't. The definition of socialism is where workers themselves (not any government claiming to represent them) own the means of production. Also, calling people things like "commie fanboy faggot" doesn't make your arguments any stronger, it's just needlessly offensive.

Don't confuse communism with what the USSR and Eastern Europe had. That was capitalism too, the only difference was that the state controlled the capital, rather than individual capitalists.
