i think it's actually in G major, some of the C notes don't sound right

@Zuzweit, it's a C#dim, or, a C#, E and G (Formin a minor third and minor fifith), before that chord there's a C major, or C, E and G. (CMaj7, actually, but harmonically, litte diference) As you can See, only the C# is different, and it's coming from a C, going to a D Minor, so, it's like a tiny walking bass ( XD ) using C, C#, Dm, the C# fits very well before the D, cause it's really dissonant (tonic), going to a not soo dissonant chord (semi tonic).

This is good. Except for one thing. I had a better time playing minor over it. Also, try playing a minor style in the major area so move the high 11th fret on the E string to the 10th fret. It sounds better that way. Good track though :)

@shigesanz I got a yamaha pacifica, lovely guitar and waaaay underpriced if you ask me, nice backing track too btw, gives a great melodical feeling to solo with thanks :)
