  • the hardest part is the face? and what happen when you dont have a blueprint of the model that you want? sketchbook ? Im planning to buy a digital table

  • @Gh0StSecurity If you dont have one then there are three other ways of going about getting the model you want. 1st would be to buy them from 3d.sk or from other internet resource, 2nd would be to go out and get your own by asking people if you can take pictures of them(yes it may be weird and awkward but how do you think artist get some of their models) and third would be to draw them which would be very difficult unless your an artist.

  • When I add the mirror then press P to play, only half the face is shown. Any idea why?

  • What you have to do is you have to apply the mirror modifier so that the whole face is shown.

  • Hey. So far this has been a great series!

I'm just wodering how well that would animate, as a lot of people who do tutorials stress clean, constant edge loops, and with your face, you're using a lot of different techniques (most notably box modeling instead of edge by edge)

  • It animates reasonably well the only downside is that when you make him smile there is no crease but keep in mind this method which I made with reference from different tutorials still needs perfecting but I will probably make another video showing you how to make the head perfect.
