LOOPHOLE IN INTERNATIONAL LAW - ISRAEL DID NOT DECLARE WAR -SO SAFE

This International Law expert claims that Israel are safe from prosecution because they did not declare war on Hamas. Fighting terrorists makes it okay to break the law as long as you don't declare war. You can kill as many children as you like if you are fighting terrorism. Well so this 'Expert' says. Frankly there needs to be a definition of war not an acceptance of a declaration of war that holds people accountable. I am sure this war will meet all definitions.

@abbienetvision i'm not from the area and have no 'real' idea of what is going on.. i can only judge on the information i get. With the extremely effective propaganda that Israel employs the fact the i side with the Palestinians is indicative of how very insane Israels actions are. Why was it Israel that broke the last two ceasefires if they are so reasonable? the truth is Israels greatest enemy is moderation and the consequent reduction in their 'deterrence capacity'

IDK where that number comes from,but the reason more pali kids are dead is due to the Hamas tactic of killing them, using them in tunnels (like the one that blew up a few days ago, due to a gas leak), using kids as human shields, Hamas hiding and leaving the kids outside where they fire rockets, Hamas booby trapping zoos and schools, as well as using them as suicide bombers

While Israel builds shelters, alarms,&prepares her citizens If Gaza had 8 yrs rocket fire, all kids=dead!
