What you should have said is to NEVER process any orders that the billing address doesn't match with the credit card information they have submitted or the AVS code doesn't match.

I've deal with chargebacks twice, once was a simple misunderstanding the other, I'm not sure but I learnt from the first one to keep as much info as I could on file. I now have a file "Credit Card Communications" and I keep emails from the customer to prove the authorization. Plus I don't process anything without CSV #. I've won both chargeback disputes but I'm sure those won't be the last time! I block sketchy IP addresses and use Fraud Detection from Volusion to help flag sketchy orders!
