I don't use internet communicators. To download the soundtrack you must go to official Rockstar Games site called Classics:

rockstargames . com/classics/?id=1

There is no other way but to download the whole game. There's the soundtrack in it in the Music catalogue.

You cannot oficially downlad the track. I don't even know how. Here are three songs, not one. So... Try Google it or something. I didn't do it before.

dude, the first track has just made my day, I remember playin this game back in 98 when I first got the ps1 and always lookin for stingers to listen to the first track on this station.
