Her voice was gone temporarily sadly due to the drugs. And i think she could have recovered it all with a vocal coach. Although she still is an amazing woman with great stage presence.

It's so funny how she kinda rasps up on that first 'my lonely heart calls' and right away looks to her backup singers telling them to 'sing'. Kinda cute though probably not intentionally.

Even due to the use of smoking crack she still had her voice I just think with more vocal work with her vocal coach she couldve gotten it completely back. May she rest in peace she truly was the greatest singer of all time.
