There are several videos circulating showing a comparison of the largest stars. I like these kind of things, and I wanted to try one myself. Probably because I also watched "Cosmos" by Carl Sagan as a kid. Actually my first Youtube upload. Hope you like it...

  • @DarkCelestialBeing Excuse me? Boring? You are ten trillion cells working together, consisting of material born by nuclear fusion inside a star that exploded in a supernova. You have as much neurons in your brain as there are stars in our galaxy. You live on a planet that is so infested with life that it is simply impossible to name everything. Your species can even contemplate interstellar space. I have hard times to believe this is really happening...

  • Earth "you are here"

    OH REALLY!?!??!?!

  • The music makes this really creepy to watch haha.

  • Wow!

  • @ConversationNXT Well said!

  • I just watched the movie 2001 Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrik. This movie accurately portrayed where man should have been in 2001. If the US Gov never canceled Apollo and its predecessors (Orion etc), we would have landed man Mars, Venus and Titan (Atmosphere).

It is truly sad how we rather invest our billions (or even trillions) into war and destruction instead of furthering our knowledge by unlocking the mysteries of the Universe. Mankind still has a lot to learn.

  • wonderfull!

  • @DarkCelestialBeing If you're bored, you're hanging with the wrong people. You're not challenging yourself. You're not STRIVING for a better life. yeah it's 2012. Climate change, a black mans president and they probably broke Einsteins theory of general relativity. A recession rages, Irans about to get nuclear weapons, and the first major protests are raging since the 1960's. WAKE UP and smell the coffee man. But they do say... Boredom breeds creativity
