He clearly does not know his load orders because his deadly reflex is in the wrong load order and isn't dead last in his load order, which is a necessity.
Just read all the readmes, they may seem tedious but you learn a lot from them.
(don't say I don't know what I'm talking about, I have MMM, OOO, better cities, deadly reflex, all DLC, elsweyranquina (adds a completely new area outside the borders of cyrodil), kvatch rebuilt, and a custom companion mod, all fully working with no problems. The simple thing is knowing your load orders and reading readmes)
a 10 year old with the mental age of 2, has a slow computer and blames obscuro for it. He loves the mod but bashes on the mod and modder. And can't read readmes. OOO is much more difficult to install than a simple extraction. To get it 100% working you need to run that, download 2 updates and turn them into omods and activate them in turn. then manually install the last update, go into obmm and activate and edit your load order. DONE
If you can't find where it extracted the files, just search your computer on an... OOO.esm or OOO.esp... can't remember what it's called, but something like that..
(would be able to help better if I weren't at school :P
Okay... I think what you need to do is locate the extraction point or folder of where it extracted the files... mine worked perfectly in the installation, so it's wired you have the problem.. but you can just delete the Oblivion Modifire or what ever it's called.. don't use that program to control your mods. Oblivion Data Files does that perfectly..
