How to take down an Imperial-class Star Destroyer in under two minutes. This is footage of me playing through mission five (Razor Rendezvous) of Star Wars: Rogue Leader (Nintendo Gamecube, Normal Difficulty). All cutscenes are included. This is neither a speedrun, nor a gold medal run.
Once again, I recorded the video with a digital camera, so the quality is nothing to write home about. I actually captured a decent run before this one, but it was very dark (especially the cutscenes), so I cranked up the brightness and ran it again.
This is probably the last Rogue Leader video I'll be uploading. If you want to see more runs through levels of this game (perhaps a gold medal run?), or need help with a certain mission, leave a comment and I'll see what I can do to help. :)
Enjoy the video.
Mission Notes
Upgrades: Advanced shields/lasers/targeting computer, Advanced Homing Proton Torpedoes
-The B-Wing is the premiere fighter for this mission. It has great shields, a high number of warheads, and good maneuverability.
-Try to ignore the bitch on the Redemption. :/
-This level started off really well. I take out the first two shield generators with ease, but I had some problems with the third. On my first pass, I was too far behind it, so I had to circle around. I unloaded my last two torpedoes and some lasers, then tried to ram it for some extra damage. By some miracle my ship survived. Not for long though...
-When I respawn, I have charged shields, a full load of torpedoes, and I'm in perfect firing position (death abuse FTW!). Five torps and a few charged laser shots later, and the destroyer's shields are down.
-The first shot at the command deck goes slightly high, but the second is the money shot.
-To get a gold medal, the generators must be taken down flawlessly. In addition, before taking out the command deck, you should shoot a few of the laser turrents to boost your number of kills.
-I don't touch the targeting computer during the mission.

Too bad the Jedi starfighter isn't available in Rogue Leader. :)

I believe it launched with the Gamecube in late 2001, so yeah, it's pretty old.
